About the Role

Are you interested in recruiting top talent and building strong teams? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring processes, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate assessment while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Post job openings and manage applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and employer branding content
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives and talent outreach programs
  • Research and suggest improvements for recruitment strategies and hiring processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment strategies
  • Understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition trends
