About the Role
Are you interested in recruiting top talent and building strong teams? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring processes, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate assessment while working alongside experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Post job openings and manage applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Assist in creating job descriptions and employer branding content
- Support campus recruitment initiatives and talent outreach programs
- Research and suggest improvements for recruitment strategies and hiring processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment tools
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment strategies
- Understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition trends
