About the Role
Are you interested in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies? We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This internship provides a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding while working closely with industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and interns
- Assist in creating job descriptions, recruitment posts, and employer branding content
- Conduct market research on hiring trends and talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment tools
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment strategies
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
