About the Role

Are you interested in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies? We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This internship provides a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding while working closely with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and interns
  • Assist in creating job descriptions, recruitment posts, and employer branding content
  • Conduct market research on hiring trends and talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment strategies
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
