About the Role

Are you a law student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in corporate law, contracts, and legal research? We are looking for a Legal Intern to assist in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your legal skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate, intellectual property, and contract law
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, agreements, and policies
• Work on compliance, regulatory issues, and risk assessment
• Help in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
• Stay updated with legal developments and case laws
• Provide support in handling legal queries and internal documentation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property rights, and contract drafting
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience with corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and trademark filing
• Understanding of employment law and business contracts
• Previous experience in legal internships, moot courts, or legal research projects
