Job Description
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Cloud Operations Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers and recent graduates with backgrounds in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Sc, or any equivalent degree to kick-start their career in cloud operations management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud environments.
- Manage incidents, outages, and escalations to resolution.
- Implement and enforce cloud operations policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud resources and costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of cloud operations tools and technologies (e.g., monitoring, logging, automation).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
