About the Role

Are you passionate about automotive technology, vehicle dynamics, and engineering innovation? We are looking for an Automotive Engineering Intern to assist in designing, analyzing, and optimizing vehicle components and systems. This internship provides a great opportunity to work on automobile engineering projects, electric vehicles (EVs), and smart mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in vehicle design, development, and performance testing
  • Work with CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) for modeling automotive components
  • Support research in electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid technology, and fuel efficiency
  • Conduct aerodynamic analysis and simulation using CFD tools
  • Work on automotive electronics, sensors, and embedded systems
  • Collaborate on powertrain development, vehicle dynamics, and safety features
  • Document findings and suggest improvements for automotive engineering projects

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics, automotive design, and powertrain systems
  • Familiarity with CAD software for 3D modeling and automotive design
  • Understanding of automotive materials, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

  • Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), or smart mobility solutions
  • Knowledge of EV battery systems, motor controllers, and energy management
  • Familiarity with automotive simulation tools like MATLAB, Simulink, or ANSYS
  • Previous internship or project experience in automotive design, EV technology, or vehicle optimization
