Agile Project Management Intern – Remote Internship

About the Role

Are you passionate about Agile methodologies, project coordination, and team collaboration? We are looking for an Agile Project Management Intern to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Agile workflows. This internship provides hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and stakeholder management while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking Agile projects
• Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Maintain and update Agile project boards (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com)
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies in the project lifecycle
• Gather and analyze team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Document and communicate project progress, challenges, and stakeholder updates

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Understanding of software development processes and SDLC
• Experience with Agile frameworks and principles
• Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
