About the Role
Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement? We are looking for an Employee Relations Intern to assist in handling workplace policies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce management while working closely with HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and conflict resolution processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Help conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback
- Maintain and update employee records and reports
- Research and suggest improvements for workplace culture and employee satisfaction
- Assist in organizing employee wellness programs, team-building activities, and HR events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of employee relations, conflict management, and workplace policies
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives or HR policies
- Knowledge of labor laws and workplace compliance
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Prior experience in handling employee relations or conflict resolution
