UI/UX Designer Intern – Remote Internship

About the Role

Are you passionate about designing user-friendly digital experiences? We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern to assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UI/UX designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Work with the team to improve user experience, accessibility, and engagement
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to refine designs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools
• Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design principles
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and usability principles
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or animation tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (not mandatory but beneficial)
• Prior experience in designing web or mobile applications
• Understanding of design accessibility standards (WCAG)
