About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities
  • Assist in outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients via calls and emails
  • Support the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and sales closing processes
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales trends
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
