About the Role
Are you passionate about technology, project management, and cross-functional collaboration? We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Intern to assist in planning, executing, and delivering technical projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in agile project management, stakeholder coordination, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and coordinating technical projects across teams
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope and timelines
- Track and monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Facilitate scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support in documenting technical requirements, roadmaps, and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Basic understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Knowledge of technical concepts like APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making and KPIs
- Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP (entry-level) are a plus
