About the Role

Are you passionate about data analysis and turning raw data into meaningful insights? We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to work on data cleaning, visualization, and reporting, helping businesses make data-driven decisions. This internship provides hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis and data modeling
• Support business decision-making by providing actionable insights
• Work with the team to improve data collection processes and reporting systems

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Understanding of statistics and data-driven decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or other BI tools
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)
• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or business intelligence
