DevOps Intern – Remote Internship

About the Role

Are you passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines? We are looking for a DevOps Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in cloud platforms, containerization, and automation tools. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to enhance their DevOps skills while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment and infrastructure management
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot deployment issues
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes
• Follow security best practices for cloud and infrastructure management

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
• Understanding of networking and security best practices in cloud environments
• Previous internship or project experience in DevOps
